How do I sign up for ACH?
Please fill out an online application or contact eDebit Direct services for information.
Are there any industry limitations for ACH?
eDebit Direct can get most industries approved for ACH please contact us for more details.
When should I expect funds for ACH Transaction?
Deposits are processed Monday – Friday as long as the payment entry is in by our cut-off time of 1pm PST. Any payments entered after that will be processed the next business day. Bank Holidays are observed.
Can I process refunds via ACH?
Yes refund services are available. Please contact eDebit Direct services for information and an enrollment form.
How can I Cancel an ACH transaction?
If the transaction is still in a ‘New’ status, you can cancel it via the WEB application, otherwise please contact customer service for refund assistance.

What is a demand draft?
A demand draft is an authorized payment from a customer, created by eDebit Direct’s software, using the customer’s bank account information. While it is similar to a check, no physical check or signature is required.
When can I expect the funds in my account for a draft payment?
We offer same-day deposits with most major banks. Deposits are completed same day, Monday – Friday, if the payment is entered by our cut-off time of 3pm PST. Payments entered after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
How long will it take to sign up?
It can take as little as 24 hours to complete the registration process given that the paperwork is complete and the business has been verified and all supporting docs have been submitted. We do our best to ensure that the process is quick and easy as possible.
